We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if you don’t we have a returns policy. If you change your mind after receiving the order, notify us within 7 working days then post it back to us in its original condition within 30 days and we’ll give you your original money back. You will have to pay postage charges though.

My Own Den’s policy, which is in compliance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, is as follows:
1. If you want to return a product you must notify us in writing within 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day of receipt, exercising your right to cancel such product. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
2. You must promptly return the Products to My Own Den at your cost.
3. My Own Den will refund your payment for such Product including delivery cost from My Own Den to you.
We understand that from as early as October customers are purchasing for Christmas and these products are not opened until 25th December.
So in the last period of the year we apply discretion to extend our returns timescale. Again, as long as the products are in their original condition, we will accept returns after Christmas.

You will be refunded back to the same credit/debit card you paid on. Refunds are made immediately once we receive the returned items and it may take 2 to 3 days for the refund to reach your card account. We will email you to confirm that goods have been received and refunds made.
